Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: June 2026

Welcome to Mubazzara & Ambience Salon Group website. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Pricing Policies

Our website provides starting prices (“From AED X”) for various hair care, beauty spa, massage, Moroccan bath, and grooming services. The final price of the treatment is subject to branch confirmation, customized stylist consultations, hair length, and selected products.

2. Online & WhatsApp Appointments

Online appointments are confirmed when the website displays a booking reference, unless the selected service is marked as requiring approval. WhatsApp conversations remain appointment requests until branch staff record and confirm them in the salon schedule.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We appreciate rescheduling or cancellation notices at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled slot. This helps us serve other clients.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Mubazzara & Ambience Salon Group owns the intellectual property rights for all material, logos, and written text on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our treatments are performed by trained professionals. Any issues or reactions to products must be reported to the salon reception immediately. We are not liable for any pre-existing health or skin conditions not disclosed to our staff prior to the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be updated on this page.
